I think I saw UOS say he was getting ready to start porting / making new Storm 4 mods on one of his video descriptions, can't wait for that first release to come along. but yea, I searched far and wide for NUSR mods and those two were the only ones who put out top-shelf quality mods, everyone else made basic TPF textures that weren't very good half the time. I mean, some of them were even better quality than the ones Bandai put out in vanilla. I still find it mind-boggling how he could make such amazing animations to go with the new moveset. hopefully he takes a look at the new code and tries to port some of his older mods onto Storm 4 YES! UOS and BBK are the best modders in the community! Most other modders just do TexMod. an attack for basically every single button combination on the controller. he made atleast three dozen completely original and modded movesets for Storm Revolution. Yep, UltimateOmboStorm is probably my favorite naruto storm modder too. unless you're talking about things like SweetFX or FXAA Injector, in which case I'm sure they'll gimp performance somewhat
Huh? I didn't say anything about the performance, did you accidently post in the wrong thread? also, most mods don't really change graphical or performance settings, just the gameplay data files / textures. Though to be fair, the dx11 error can't be fixed without getting a new GPU really. If two mods were made separate in which one mod changes the shaders to a resolution of something small like 144p and the other mod finds a way to render GUI through the GPU, this would fix nearly everyone's problems with the game besides the crashing and dx11 error.
if anything has been recently released, could someone throw me a quick link? Well, the reason the game lag happens for most people is because of the shaders and the reason people's GUI lags is because it's rendering to their CPU when they only have a good GPU. are there any forums / mod sites for Storm 4 that you can think of?
